Return Policy

Our online Returns Centre will guide you through the return process. After packing your return, please send it back to us via Canada Post. We'll notify you via e-mail when we've processed your refund.

You may return any of the following items, for any reason, for a full refund (we'll also refund the return shipping cost, if the return is a result of our error) within 90 days of delivery of your shipment:

Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened first-aid items (for health safety reasons) or items returned more than 90 days past delivery. We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at z-kits.com. We cannot exchange items.

Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items

Z-kits.com can replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Refunds

We'll notify you of your refund via e-mail after we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.

Return Process

Returning items is easy! Simply follow these steps:

  1. Include with your return a copy of your receipt from original purchase, an indication of what items you wish to return, the items you wish to return, as well as mailing and email address and name used for billing
  2. Prepare package for return items (place items in original packaging if intact, or find a suitable and reasonably sized packing container)
